Submission details

Send quirky, funny, silly, bizarre, thought provoking or entertaining short stories between 500 and 3000 words. We also accept creative non-fiction, personal essays, poetry, and black and white cartoons that are humorous or satirical in nature.

Don’t be shy! Email your contribution to viola@wellingtonwriters.co.nz. Put your work within the body of the email. We will not open attachments.

If your work is accepted we will give you a free copy of the magazine and you will have the satisfaction of seeing your name in print. More importantly you will be contributing to making the world a more amusing place.
