Volume Two of Viola Beadleton’s Compendium is now, this very day, for sale at Kwanzaa (119 Manners St), or Magnetix (by Midland Park in Lambton Quay) or Eyeball Kicks (225 Cuba St).

I know you are all desperate to get out the door and get a copy of the new Compendium and I urge you to follow this feeling. The world needs all the happiness it can get right now, especially with the inordinate amount of dirt digging being televised with the upcoming NZ and US elections. Give yourself a much needed break and buy a copy of Viola’s Compendium of Seriously Silly and Astoundingly Amazing Stories! Make the world a happier place by forwarding this email to all your friends, family and workmates!

If you are unable to get to a shop in Wellington don’t despair. Write to Viola at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and she will be delighted to help you out.

It's hard for me to believe that people who read very little - or not at all in some cases - should presume to write and expect people to like what they have written. Can I be blunt on this subject? If you don't have time to read, you don't have the time - or the tools - to write. Simple as that.
