Start with 3 blank sheets of paper. Starting at the top of the top page, write what you are feeling right now. Detail the physical, emotional, psychological and psychic sensations. Release the need to edit and constrict as you release the feelings onto paper. Write out anything and everything that comes to mind. Be bold, be timid, be sad, excited, gloomy, funny, wired... be in this moment and get whatever you feel onto the page. Keep your hand and feelings and words in tune as they flow across the page. At the bottom of the bottom page, just stop.
